Sauna, Ice Bath & Wellness in Chiang Mai

First time coming to Eudemonia Elements. From the moment I walked into the place, it was very clear why it was named Eudemonia, a Greek philosophy for “good spirit”. Everything in the place is really meant to shape the “good spirit” from the sauna, the steam bath, the hot/ice/cold plunges and the swimming pool. My favorite is their hot bath and their magnesium bath. They are sooo relaxing. The steam bath was the best for me. I could feel the steam cleansing my sinus and my throat. Giving 4 stars because I think there should be more improvement in staffs. The staff were friendly overall, but I feel there is still room for improvement in their service. For example, when I asked for sugar for my cappuccino, one of the staff members seemed genuinely surprised by the request. Although he was able to bring me a spoonful of sugar from the pantry, his reaction felt a little unusual, as adding sugar to coffee is a fairly common preference. I would also expect a café to have basic condiments readily available in small portions or sachets for customers. A little more attentiveness to these small but common customer needs would help improve the overall experience.

Had a really lovely time here with family and very much appreciated the vegan/ veggie buffet and hope it’s a frequent occurrence! The spa facilities are Cosy and relaxing and the community is warm. Healthy food options as well as organic herbs, essential oils, salts and energy boosters is a real plus

Eudemonia is hands down one of the best wellness spots in Chiang Mai! Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Hang Dong, it's the perfect escape from the city while being only a short drive away. The facilities are incredible—you get a saltwater pool, steam room, dry sauna, ice bath, magnesium bath, and a relaxing hot bath all in one place. They even have a basketball court and a calisthenics area with pull-up bars, making it perfect whether you're looking to recover, stay active, or simply unwind. What made the experience even better was the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. After a few rounds of sauna and ice bath, I tried their vegan and vegetarian food, and it was absolutely delicious—the perfect way to finish a wellness day. The staff are amazing—friendly, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. Whatever you need, they're always happy to help and make sure you have a great experience. A special thanks to the staff for making my day extra special with his kindness and excellent hospitality. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and hang out with friends or family, I highly recommend Eudemonia in Hang Dong. I'll definitely be coming back!

Organic Nights is an incredible experience from start to finish. The yoga session was amazing, the Tai Chi was calming, and the sound healing was absolutely beautiful. I left feeling more focused, peaceful, and truly connected with myself. It gave me a real sense of inner peace. The vegan and vegetarian food was delicious and the perfect complement to the wellness experience. What makes this place even more special is that it has everything you need in one spot—a dry sauna, steam room, magnesium bath, ice bath, and a saltwater pool. Whether you're looking to relax, recover, or reset your mind and body, this is the perfect place. The staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming from beginning to end. We will definitely be coming back!
